As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, while supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
