Assistant Store Manager

About Your RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail store, including:
- Associate Leadership: You will lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Pet Parent Engagement: You will work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our pet parents, ensuring their safety and well-being within the store, and providing expert advice on pet care and products.
- Overall Retail Initiatives: In partnership with your Store Manager, you will execute strategic merchandising initiatives, drive sales growth, and set standards of success within our retail store.
