Store Management Lead

MaryJane's is seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee daily store activities and ensure exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assign duties to sales personnel and supervise their performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire new team members and facilitate their training.
- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage returns of merchandise.
- Inventory Control: Order stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and staffing matters.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff.
This position involves overseeing a team of 3-4 employees.
Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is required.
Work EnvironmentThe role is set in a fast-paced retail environment that demands the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
