We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to support and elevate our team of sales professionals. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the latest innovations in telecommunications while driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Participate in engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales professionals to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales professionals, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
