We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Pluming Eagle Lodge Ltd. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities. You will also be responsible for coordinating office services, assembling data, and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing New Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Reviewing and Evaluating Existing Procedures: Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establishing Work Priorities: Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating Office Services: Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assembling Data and Preparing Reports: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training Staff: Provide training to staff on new procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administration.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and flexibility.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, and 40 hours of work per week.
