Key Responsibilities- Implementing New Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Reviewing and Evaluating Existing Procedures: Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Establishing Work Priorities: Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Coordinating Office Services: Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assembling Data and Preparing Reports: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training Staff: Provide training to staff on new procedures and policies.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administration.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, and 40 hours of work per week.
