Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Linkers Technologies and Inspection Services Limited.

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining high levels of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Managing mail and distributing materials
  • Planning and organizing daily operations
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming bookings
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Arranging travel and making reservations
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and documents
  • Performing data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
  • Client focus and time management skills
  • Dependability and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
