Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at FGSTEK Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures and evaluate their effectiveness
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, and supplies
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
