Field Sales Specialist for Multi Dwelling Units

Our Residential sales team is looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team in Calgary. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with property managers and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents. You will also be the go-to advisor, applying a consultative approach to offering customized Rogers residential solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with property managers and leasing staff to promote Rogers residential solutions.
  • Be the go-to advisor for customers, offering customized Rogers residential solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Organize marketing events and selling programs through in-person or virtual interactions.
  • Share insights on market trends to help fine-tune sales strategies.
