We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Specialist to join our Residential team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with property managers and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with property managers and leasing staff to promote Rogers residential solutions.
  • Apply a consultative approach to offer customized Rogers residential solutions to customers.
  • Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Organize marketing events and selling programs through in-person or virtual interactions.
  • Share insights on market trends to fine-tune sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, clients, and team members.
  • Sales motivation to thrive in a revenue-driven environment and overcome objections.
  • Customer focus to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Solution focus to negotiate and handle customer objections.
  • Time management to schedule client meetings and manage schedules.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regional business use.
