Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Specialist to join our Residential team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with property managers and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with property managers and leasing staff to promote Rogers residential solutions.
- Apply a consultative approach to offer customized Rogers residential solutions to customers.
- Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Organize marketing events and selling programs through in-person or virtual interactions.
- Share insights on market trends to fine-tune sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, clients, and team members.
- Sales motivation to thrive in a revenue-driven environment and overcome objections.
- Customer focus to understand and meet customer needs.
- Solution focus to negotiate and handle customer objections.
- Time management to schedule client meetings and manage schedules.
- Valid Canadian driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regional business use.
