Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate the customer experience by offering personalized solutions and exceptional service.
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and door-to-door marketing activities.
  • Sell a range of products and services, including cable, high-speed internet, home phone, and wireless, to customers in a revenue-driven environment.
  • Apply a consultative approach to offer customized Rogers solutions to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Organize marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions, promoting Rogers' brand and services.

Requirements:
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish connections with customers, clients, and team members.
  • Sales motivation and ability to thrive in a revenue-driven environment, overcoming objections and working independently to achieve strategic sales goals.
  • A demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Negotiation skills to handle customer objections and experience managing schedules and booking client meetings.
  • A valid Canadian driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regional business use.
