Job Title: Field Sales Specialist - Multi Dwelling Unit

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team in Calgary. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with property managers and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with property managers and leasing staff to promote Rogers residential services.
  • Apply a consultative approach to offer customized Rogers residential solutions to customers.
  • Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Organize marketing events and selling programs through in-person or virtual interactions.
  • Share market insights to fine-tune sales strategies.
