Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing, resolve issues, and supervise payroll coordinators. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and raises.
  • Resolve payroll-related issues and answer questions.
  • Supervise and coach payroll coordinators.
  • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems.
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and accounting teams.
  • Create reports and ensure accuracy of records.

Requirements:

  • PCP or CPM certification is an asset.
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in payroll management or a similar role.
  • Ability to work with various payroll applications.
  • 4+ years of total payroll experience.
