Payroll Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing, resolve issues, and supervise payroll coordinators. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and raises.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and answer questions.
- Supervise and coach payroll coordinators.
- Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and accounting teams.
- Create reports and ensure accuracy of records.
Requirements:
- PCP or CPM certification is an asset.
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in payroll management or a similar role.
- Ability to work with various payroll applications.
- 4+ years of total payroll experience.
