Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize the Dayforce system for payroll management, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and pension practices.
  • Hold a PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration roles.
  • Possession of PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, or related field is an asset.
  • Expertise in using Dayforce software for payroll administration is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
