We're seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team and drive growth in the cyber security solutions space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to win and expand business with enterprise companies.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team at Stripe, where you will have the ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our sales process, lead complex product workshops, and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with enterprise companies.
  • Outbound Strategies: Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and email marketing.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, to go live for enterprise companies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing users, including CTOs, COOs, and CFOs.
  • Product Workshops: Work with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, and Finance) to lead complex product workshops and develop financial analyses.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process, engage with cross-functional teams (Partners, Post Sales, Product, and Engineering) to help drive and iterate Stripe's strategy.
Your Background

You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You have experience working with upper middle market and enterprise companies, and possess an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey. You are skilled at leading complex, multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner, building value in competitive situations, and working on products that require deep product understanding combined with technical knowledge.

Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
  • Complex Sales Skills: Ability to understand complex business problems companies face today, and craft solutions across multiple products.
  • Account Planning: Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ambiguity Tolerance: Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Interest: Strong interest in technology.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
