About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Postman. This is a quota-carrying sales position that requires a strong track record of navigating within Enterprise organizations and developing senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Build a credible funnel for Postman Enterprise adoption with a portfolio of Enterprise organizations, some of which have large user bases.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports on progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver small wins while building up to larger deployments, always keeping customer needs and satisfaction top of mind.
  • Educate customers on the value of Postman Enterprise throughout the evaluation and adoption cycle, addressing key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex buying processes to build Postman Enterprise awareness within organizations, communicating and escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership to develop strategic adoption plans for customers in large accounts.
  • Make recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns, driving growth and retention.
About You
  • You have 5+ years of Account Executive experience, with a proven track record of selling developer and/or technical products.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both with customers and within an organization, and are able to present to senior managers and the C-suite.
  • You have a strong ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process and can navigate complex Enterprise organizations.
  • You are passionate about increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
