Strategic Sales Leader

The Chad Management Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business development and account acquisition within an assigned Canadian territory. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic sales plan that includes lead generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline progression to achieve company revenue goals.
About the RoleAs the primary leader in customer acquisition, the Senior Sales Executive will oversee and direct the entire sales cycle. This includes collaborating with an extended team of business development representatives, solutions consultants, professional service experts, and legal support to secure long-term SaaS agreements with new clients in the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Development: Design and execute a targeted territory plan, identifying key accounts and driving lead generation to develop opportunities
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline, advancing leads through the sales cycle
- Negotiation & Closure: Manage and negotiate complex, enterprise-level agreements
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts
- Reporting: Ensure consistent and accurate use of Salesforce and regular reporting
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solution Selling: Demonstrated expertise in solution selling within enterprise technology, specifically SaaS or cloud-native platforms
- Executive Engagement: Skilled at building and managing C-level relationships, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions effectively
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating tailored content and delivering persuasive ROI-based presentations
- Sales Techniques: Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies and techniques
- Team Orientation: Self-motivated, collaborative, open to coaching, and willing to share best practices
The Chad Management Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
