As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of innovation and creativity, working closely with our industry-leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas.

About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will have access to a lucrative market and learn how to sell from some of the most successful sales leaders in the software industry.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Proactively identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline (100% net new logos) to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users to build business champions and drive sales momentum.
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets, with 3+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process, with a strong understanding of databases, development, and open source technology.
  • Skilled in building business champions and driving sales momentum through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must live in the Montreal area to ensure timely response to customer needs and effective sales execution.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus, but not required.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This role will be based remotely in Montreal, and MongoDB is committed to providing any necessary accommodations for individuals with disabilities within our application and interview process.
