Job Overview

We are a leading management company looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Establish priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
