Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at BrokerTeam Insurance - Bedford Branch. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment, handling various tasks with minimal supervision.
Job Summary:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues
- Process travel bookings and arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and files
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in an administrative role is an asset.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel is an asset
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
