Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Cooper Equipment Rentals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring and directing branch operations to drive rental revenues and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and implement plans to improve branch performance, focusing on fleet management and shop flow optimization.
- Supervise mechanics to ensure priorities are set and preventative maintenance schedules are followed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Enforce and champion company safety policies at the branch level, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure a team-based approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Conduct regular operating meetings to review branch performance and set goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the equipment rental/construction industry.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Systematics.
