We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Gescan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling the branch location, ensuring that all departments are working effectively towards common goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide guidance, direction, and monitoring of internal staff to ensure departments are working effectively towards common goals.
- Ensure all staff are properly trained for their roles and that training is updated as required.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Grow sales through developing, coaching, and motivating sales and support teams.
- Maintain inventory levels at optimum to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained as per the required Branch Operational Scorecard level.
- Participate in customer calls for sales and technical support as required.
- Operational Excellence
- Assist with warehouse and physical plant planning to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business needs.
- Participate in and/or recommend product training to ensure staff are up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Strategic Planning
- Determine sales projections for the fiscal year and track progress.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to review performance and set goals.
- Administrative and CSR Functions
- Manage administrative and CSR functions within the branch.
- Representative of the Company
- Represent the company to the local and industry community.
- Education and Training
- High School Diploma required.
- College/University Diploma required (Business, and/or Sales & Marketing, or Technical focus preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in a Sales/Distribution environment.
- Previous management experience required.
