Your Role:

As a Branch Operations Leader, you will be integral to our market leadership, drawing on over 40 years of industry experience to maximize your potential.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in the thriving electrical sector, supported by the largest inventory to fulfill customer needs and sales commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the branch's operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while collaborating with the Operations Manager and department heads.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and make informed decisions to achieve branch objectives.
  • Develop and nurture a skilled team and a robust customer base.
  • Encourage optimal performance among direct reports through effective training and guidance.
  • Ensure all staff receive appropriate training and that it is regularly updated.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
  • Engage in customer interactions for sales and technical support as necessary.
  • Assist in warehouse and facility planning, as well as vendor relations and strategic management planning.
  • Participate in product training initiatives and contribute to business growth.
  • Manage outside sales efforts, fostering key customer relationships through regular site visits.
  • Supervise Inside Sales staff and administrative functions within the branch.
  • Address day-to-day personnel issues requiring management intervention.
  • Represent the company within the local and industry community.

Qualifications:

  • College or University Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a Technical field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Previous management experience is essential.
