About the Role

The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior staff members. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that established procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
