Regional Sales Director

Air Canada is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing account management and business development.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for increasing Air Canada's market share and profitability of a defined group of travel agency accounts within a region. You will develop and implement regional sales strategies, goals, and key performance indicators that support Air Canada's business objectives and revenue targets.
You will manage a defined group of agency accounts and trade relationships within a region, responsible for developing and strengthening relationship with assigned accounts. Conduct regular product and sales presentations to promote Air Canada, update, foster, and grow business relationships as the primary interface between the agencies and Air Canada.
You will effectively manage the sales territory/account's overall revenue performance and profitability and cost of sales acquisition; establish priorities, implement revenue strategies, and follow-up on results. Create account objectives that focuses on revenue retention, market share improvement, and incremental growth.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience in client-facing account management or business development roles, a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, and proficiency with PC Windows applications such as PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI.
