**Overview**

**JOB DUTIES**
- Meet customer service objectives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
- Support the day-to-day operations and client advocacy
- Communicate effectively
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate dependability
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exhibit computer efficiency Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
- Participate in professional development and training activities
- Prioritize and multitask effectively Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including accounting duties and ordering.
- Coordinate with General Manager and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be biligual in French and Englist and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hospitality Degree or Diploma and completion of industry related sales/adminstration courses are considered as assets.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional support within the office environment.
- Successful applicant must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent organization, presentation, and customer service and communication skills.

Pay: $16.49-$30.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
