Air Canada seeks a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of its market share and profitability in North America. With a strong background in client-facing Account Management or Business Development, this individual will be responsible for planning, establishing, and implementing regional sales strategies that support Air Canada's business objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a defined group of agency accounts and trade relationships within a region, focusing on developing and strengthening relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular product and sales presentations to promote Air Canada, fostering and growing business relationships as the primary interface between agencies and Air Canada.
  • Effectively manage the sales territory/account's overall revenue performance and profitability, establishing priorities, implementing revenue strategies, and following up on results.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' work experience in client-facing Account Management or Business Development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and/or a minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience in a 'client revenue management' environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with leadership and decision-making abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Air Canada offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
