**Position Summary**
Under the direction of the President, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. They will drive the company's revenue growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement plans. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and marketing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning and Execution_
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, forecasting revenue and setting performance goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Leadership_
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Implement best practices for sales operations, performance measurement, and sales reporting.
- Marketing Strategy and Management_
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, event, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure product positioning and messaging align with market needs.
- Manage brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Team Development and Leadership_
- Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, including Regional Education & Sales Manager and Brand Managers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and create professional development plans for team members.
- Collaboration and Communication_
- Work closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the President on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, customer support, finance) to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- All other related tasks.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, in the beauty industry.
- Ability to manage expansive teams and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
