Client Experience Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Inspire Direct Marketing. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver world-class fundraising experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently on structured daily and weekly data and reporting processes
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and internal stakeholders are informed of deliverable status
- Collaborate with internal departments and key client contacts on a daily basis
- Help facilitate the planning and execution of ongoing and upcoming campaigns
- Organize and update reporting tools to support internal and external status meetings
- Support existing campaigns by tracking issues and providing resolutions
- Produce meeting agendas, call notes, trackers, and budgets, and ensure pre-work and research is done prior to meetings
- Work closely with team members to manage timelines and follow-up on tasks as needed
- Continuously improve processes, tasks, campaigns, communication, and client management experiences
- Provide thought leadership on ways to improve, staying up-to-date on relevant product knowledge, consumer, and industry trends
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, & Docs
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret and summarize data into insights
- Strong organization and time management skills and ownership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Solutions-focused, open mindset, that enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving
