About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Inspire Direct Marketing. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing campaigns and working closely with internal and client teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working independently on structured daily and weekly data and reporting processes
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed or addressed on time and internal stakeholders are informed of deliverable status
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments and key client contacts on a daily basis
  • Facilitating the planning and execution of ongoing and upcoming campaigns
  • Organizing and updating reporting tools to support internal and external status meetings
  • Collaborating with team members to track issues and provide resolutions for existing campaigns
  • Preparing meeting agendas, call notes, trackers, and budgets, and conducting pre-work and research prior to meetings
  • Managing timelines and following up on tasks as needed to ensure deliverables are met
  • Continuously improving processes, tasks, campaigns, communication, and client management experiences
  • Providing thought leadership on ways to improve, staying up-to-date on relevant product knowledge, consumer, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret and summarize data into insights
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with a sense of ownership
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Solutions-focused, open-minded, and enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving
