About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with clients, providing personalized support and solutions to their needs.
  • Provide retail sales customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, handling communication between clients, therapists, and funders.
  • Update databases using Navision software, ensuring accurate information is presented to our clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate service technicians' work using Jobber software.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm paperwork, rental agreements, and quotes are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of rental or custom equipment for our clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Jobber and Navision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Empathy and respect for clients' needs and circumstances.
