Job Title: Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Leadership Agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique law firm that specializes in Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Franchising Law, and Litigation in technology, artificial intelligence, software, biotechnology, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming leads and complete intakes with clients through phone, email, and referrals.
  • Move clients through the intake process, including running conflicts checks and onboarding.
  • Ensure conflicts checks are completed for each new file to maintain compliance and reputation.
  • Fulfill necessary information within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage client interactions, including greeting visitors, providing hospitality, and managing mail runs.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and organizational skills in managing client data effectively.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to enhance client experiences and business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of previous coordinator or customer success experience.
  • Previous experience working in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Experience relevant to client processes and providing exceptional client experiences.
  • High level of business acumen and professionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience within a legal environment is considered an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new applications quickly, demonstrating strong technology savvy.
  • Proven ability to challenge the norm and thrive in an innovative environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations.
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities.
  • Possesses a go-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities.
