Job Description

At The Leadership Agency, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to support our internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about client management and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Handling day-to-day client interactions and ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Helping to manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, updates, and feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Managing client interactions, including greeting visitors, being hospitable, and managing mail runs to create a positive client experience.
  • Demonstrating high attention to detail and organizational skills in managing client data effectively.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (internships count) with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client interactions.
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities to support the team's goals.
  • Possesses a go-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects to drive business results.
  • Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements
· 2+ years of previous coordinator or customer success experience with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. · Previous experience working in a B2B environment preferred. · Experience relevant to client processes and providing exceptional client experiences. · High level of business acumen and professionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders. · Experience within a legal environment is considered an asset. · Ability to adapt to and learn new applications quickly, demonstrating strong technology savvy. · Proven ability to challenge the norm and thrive in an innovative environment. · Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations. · Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities. · Possesses a go-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects. · Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities.
