Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and admit/discharge pet patients efficiently
  • Manage phone calls and track bookings effectively
  • Invoice clients, create estimates, and process payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean reception area, pet holding areas, and common spaces
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Customer service experience with administrative duties
  • Medical terminology knowledge (VCA Woofware considered an asset)
