Job Description

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their skills and expertise to support the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
