Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office management. Key responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, managing shipping and receiving functions, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and preparing applications and reports.

You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating contractor activities, supporting HR tasks, and organizing team events. Additionally, you will provide assistance to team members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company. They should possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and contribute to company initiatives.

A strong problem-solver with a proactive approach, the successful candidate will be adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field would be beneficial.
