Office Administrator Coordinator

Nascent is looking for an experienced Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves providing administrative support to our operations team, senior leadership, and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure office space, supplies, and equipment are functioning smoothly and well maintained.
- Coordinate employee celebration programs, including anniversaries and birthdays.
- Support front desk responsibilities, including greeting and assisting visitors.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, senior leadership, and other team members to plan seasonal events.
- Actively engage in feedback to refine and enhance office and event success.
- 1-2 years of experience in office management, administration, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
- A take-charge attitude with an ability to self-manage tasks and deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye for design and aesthetics in event planning and office space.
- Collaborative team player who excels in group discussions and values feedback.
