About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Development Manager to join our Talent Activation team at lululemon. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic talent development initiatives and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Job Summary

The Sr Manager Talent Activation - Cyclical Talent Strategies is responsible for leading a team to create and/or enhance core talent programs across both corporate and field populations. This includes designing and implementing talent activation strategies, developing tools that provide access to talent data, and partnering with other teams to inform and continually improve upon these initiatives.

About the Team

As a member of the lululemon Talent Activation team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement talent activation programs and initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving innovation and growth in our global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs globally, including promotions processes, succession planning, performance reviews, and building automated tools that leaders can use to understand their talent bench.
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Activation programs and processes to achieve strategic business initiatives.
  • Partner with People & Culture, Learning partners, and business leaders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy.
  • Drive program goals and provide program management support, including defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, education, and communications for project rollout and ongoing management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment working in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management roles.
  • Experience leading a team, including coaching, development, performance management, and engagement.
