At Raise, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT recruiter to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time contract position for six months, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

About the Role

The Sr. IT Lead Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, qualifying, and preparing candidates for IT roles while supporting other recruiters to achieve outstanding results.

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to ensure a steady flow of top-tier candidates for current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in working with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms like TextKernal built on Salesforce.

  • Partner with and support other recruiters by assisting in sourcing, qualifying, and preparing candidates.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to enhance team recruiting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements.

This individual will take ownership of their own recruitment processes while also developing talent pipelines, fostering long-term relationships with candidates, and providing strategic guidance to our recruiting team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (TextKernal and Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to mentor and support other recruiters to improve team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to implement long-term recruiting initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for local travel within Vancouver.

Salary: Up to $50 per hour based on experience.
