At Raise, a leading staffing agency with over 65 years of experience, we're seeking a seasoned IT Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Vancouver-based team. As an integral part of our recruitment process, this role will play a pivotal role in sourcing, qualifying, and preparing top-tier candidates for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms like TextKernal built on Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to ensure a steady flow of high-caliber candidates for current and future needs.
  • Partner with and support other recruiters by assisting in sourcing, qualifying, and preparing candidates.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to enhance team recruiting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (TextKernal and Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to mentor and support other recruiters to improve team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to implement long-term recruiting initiatives.
