We're seeking a Strategic Talent Engagement Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the creative industry. This role will involve connecting top talent with exciting growth opportunities and shaping high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient results.
- Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to thoroughly understand hiring needs and role requirements, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to effectively identify and attract top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Dribbble.
- Coordinate the interview process, guide candidates through each stage with transparent communication and dedicated support, prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of professional relationships, continuously exploring new recruitment methods, and devise innovative approaches to fill key positions.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition on TA-related initiatives to achieve strategic recruitment objectives, conducting thorough research to understand competitive comparisons within the local tech market.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Strong technical sourcing skills and Boolean search techniques, hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Dribbble.
- Highly adept at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, showcasing excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
