Reception and Front Desk Support

Provide a professional and organized presence at the front desk, answering and directing incoming general inquiry phone calls, taking messages, and utilizing voice mail technology (MS Teams).

Business Development Support

Contribute to the business development needs of consulting staff by supporting the Ottawa office and other Eastern Canada offices.
