Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Jack R. Bowerman, CPA - Professional Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with data entry, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
