Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our Intake Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth delivery of patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide information and referral services to patients, families, and service providers
- Assist with operational functions, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Communicate with team members to ensure information is distributed and obtained appropriately
- Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- High school graduation diploma plus one year of Community College diploma in Office Administration, Business, or Health Administration
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a customer service or related position in the health, social, or business administration fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
