We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Aecon Group Inc. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for coordinating proposal submissions from bid/no bid decisions through contract execution.

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will work closely with our proposal manager, estimators, and operations teams to ensure that we submit high-quality responses to our clients. Your strong written and oral communication skills, combined with your ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposal submissions, including developing proposal outlines, scheduling kickoff calls, and ensuring RFP compliance.
  • Write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and resumes.
  • Support the design and conceptualization of graphics to enhance proposal submissions.
  • Manage and maintain the proposal content management database and content libraries.
  • Support business development initiatives, including building strategy content and supporting pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proposal experience, preferably in the utilities construction industry.
  • Strong written and oral proficiency in both French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
