Job Description
As a Regional Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for leading a team of Investment Specialists in the mass affluent market. Your primary focus will be on new client acquisition through a customer-focused culture and comprehensive financial planning framework, while adhering to Global Sales Principles and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of business development strategies and initiatives for the assigned market area.
- Support the execution of the Investment Specialist Value Proposition and Customer Experience Model.
- Proactively lead business development activities, aligning with Global Sales Principles, to achieve and exceed targets.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations, while communicating market area business plans to assigned Investment Specialists.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of customer financial plans completed by Investment Specialists, providing feedback and coaching on accuracy and client-centric investment recommendations.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business or related field.
- Mutual Fund Licence, Financial Planning Designation (CFP, PFP or IQPF).
- 5+ years of experience in the investment industry, with a strong preference for wealth management and/or brokerage experience.

- Expert sales management skills and advanced knowledge of sales techniques and prospecting.
- Proven networking, client acquisition, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to establish and maintain a client-focused sales culture, through expert knowledge of client experience drivers.
