About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Regional Management team at National Bank. As an integral part of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize events for the region, including scheduling meetings and managing logistics
  • Communicate effectively with regional staff and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Regional Manager, including agenda management, Concur, bill payment, and flight and hotel room booking
  • Manage shared mailboxes, approvals, signatures, and follow-ups
  • Responsible for regional communications, including newsletters, presentations, and other materials
  • Assist with various events or projects with colleagues and partners from other business lines
  • Provide replacement support at the reception of the two branches in the region if necessary
Requirements
  • College diploma in administration or related discipline and one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Experience working in financial services is an asset
  • Strong leadership and high level of initiative and autonomy
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent organizational and priority management skills
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
