About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Radwell International. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution product, and asset recovery services.
  • Collaborate with staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
  • Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements to drive business growth.
  • Prepare reports for management and customers.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
Requirements:
  • Sales or customer relationship building experience.
  • Ability to interact with various people and environments.
  • Goal-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player with a clean driving record.
What We Offer

As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Radwell International, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
