The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have experience in a private sector setting. They will also be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

The role involves coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and assembling data for reports and correspondence. The successful candidate will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and maintain internal record-keeping systems.
