Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Canada Incorporated.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our HR department to ensure they meet our organization's goals. This includes directing and controlling daily operations, supervising staff, opening and distributing mail and other materials, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

This role also involves overseeing payroll administration, performing data entry, maintaining and managing digital databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Additionally, the Executive Office Coordinator will evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
