At Modern Neon Signs, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, performing data entry, providing customer service, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Perform data entry tasks to support administrative functions
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial management
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an office administration role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. business administration)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
